CAMBRIDGE, UK — A striking new addition to Cambridge’s residential scene is set to make its debut this June, as Babouris launches 174 Hills Road, an architect-designed development of six luxury apartments on one of the city’s most prestigious roads.

Delivered in partnership with Bowson Leeway Homes and a prominent local architect, the scheme comprises four two-bedroom residences and two three-bedroom penthouse suites. The apartments blend modern architecture with warm, tactile materials and bespoke detailing, featuring curved internal walls, hand-finished timber joinery, and stone-topped kitchens by Naked Kitchens.

The development is quietly located behind a gated entrance and includes landscaped private gardens, underfloor heating powered by air source heat pumps, and secure parking with EV charging. Rental prices are expected to range from £4,500 to £6,000 per month, placing the development firmly at the top end of Cambridge’s rental market.

To celebrate the launch, Babouris will host an invite-only open house event, featuring live art, cocktails, and private tours of the newly completed apartments. The event will bring together local designers, relocation specialists, press, and property investors to preview the development before the first residents move in.
